Acceptance of Terms

By accessing crozier.beauty and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

Pre-Order Model

All products sold through Croziér are available by pre-order only. This means:

• Payment is collected in full at the time of order
• Your order is prepared specifically for you after payment is received
• Processing time is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation
• Delivery time varies by location and is in addition to the processing period

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the pre-order terms outlined above.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of product cost only. Shipping costs are calculated and communicated separately before dispatch. Croziér reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Croziér does not store payment card information.

Returns and Refunds

Because all orders are prepared individually and specifically for each customer, Croziér operates under strict return conditions. Please review our full Returns Policy before placing your order.

Product Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photography and description. All images are representative of the product texture and style. Minor variations in appearance may occur due to photography lighting and individual install conditions. These variations do not constitute grounds for return or refund.

Ambassador Program

Participation in the Croziér Ambassador Program is subject to separate terms communicated upon approval. Key conditions include: ambassadors must be verified previous customers; commission is earned on referred sales only; no free products are provided under any circumstances; Croziér reserves the right to terminate any ambassador relationship at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on crozier.beauty — including text, images, brand identity, and design — is the property of Croziér and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Croziér's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Liberian law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
