All Croziér products are available by pre-order only
At Croziér, every unit is prepared specifically for the customer who orders it. We do not hold stock. This model ensures that the hair you receive has not been sitting in storage — it is handled with care from the moment your order is placed.
All orders are fulfilled and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.
Payment is collected in full at the time of order. This covers the cost of your product and the preparation of your unit. Shipping costs are communicated separately and collected before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order will have entered preparation and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately at hello@crozier.beauty if you need to cancel.
In rare circumstances, fulfilment may take longer than the stated window. If your order will be delayed, we will contact you directly with an updated timeline.
