Care Guide
How you care for it determines how long it lasts
Wash your Croziér hair every 1–2 weeks using a sulfate-free shampoo. Apply shampoo gently from root to tip — do not scrub or twist. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Deep condition after every wash, focusing on mid-lengths and ends. Leave the conditioner in for 5–15 minutes before rinsing. This step is not optional — it is what keeps the hair soft and manageable over time.
Air dry when possible. If you use a blow dryer, use the lowest heat setting and keep the dryer moving. Never wrap the hair tightly in a towel — gently press with a microfibre towel or let it air dry on a flat surface.
Always detangle from ends to root — never from root to ends. Use a wide-tooth comb or a paddle brush. Work through knots gently, section by section. Never pull against a tangle. Apply a small amount of light oil to the ends before combing.
Croziér hair is heat-safe. When using heat tools, always apply a heat protectant first and keep tools at or below 350°F / 180°C. Frequent high-heat styling will shorten the lifespan of the hair. Use heat as needed, not daily.
Braid your hair loosely or wrap it in a silk scarf or satin bonnet before sleeping. This reduces friction, prevents tangling, and maintains the texture. A silk pillowcase is an additional layer of protection.
Curly and wavy patterns are maintained with moisture. Refresh your texture between washes with a light water and leave-in conditioner mixture. Do not pull or disturb the curl pattern while it is dry. Detangle only when wet or damp.
Croziér hair can be coloured, highlighted, or bleached. We strongly recommend working with a professional stylist. Bleaching and colouring will affect the hair's condition and lifespan — this is expected and does not constitute a defect. Colour-treated hair requires more intensive conditioning.
