Shipping information for all Croziér orders
All orders are fulfilled and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.
We ship internationally. Destinations include West Africa, the Diaspora in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada, and other international locations by arrangement.
Shipping costs and estimated transit times vary by destination. You will be provided with your shipping cost and estimated delivery window before your order is dispatched.
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Croziér. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
